    Truly a hidden gem here in Oxnard! There's very few places to get good Chinese food here. I usually come for the lunch specials, comes with your choice of soup, two fried wontons, fried rice, and choice of entree. They have a pretty good selection on their menus but I've only tried the Mongolian beef which is great, the sweet and sour chicken, and today tried the kung pao chicken which did not disappoint. The portions are pretty big for being lunch specials, even had some leftovers. Service is always great, they're always so attentive to their guests.

    If I could do no stars I would..
    This was a really good place to eat. So my husband and I thought we would enjoy the food as we have in the past.  Should have known when my husband asked for a pot of tea, the server poured it was very dark. I asked is this green tea?  She smiled and said no it's regular Lipton tea should have left immediately, I ordered iced tea looked and tasted so weak it was almost as clear as water.
    I noticed the menu had changed not for the best.  I ordered chicken and cashews hubby got beef and green veggies and a bowl of white rice
    Dinner arrived looked ok that is the best I can say about the entire meal. Cashews were so sweet almost as they were sugar coated. Chicken I am sure were cut up thighs not the breast meat on the menu. Hubby's beef was fatty and tasted like curry.
    After  a  few minutes I began to break out in hives my husband asked do you use MSG?  She smiled said yes we do. Why are you allergic?  Yes I  am. She smiled again said we usually mention that before ordering. Ahg.
    Needless to say we will never go back!!!

    We had friends and family rave about this spot!
    We were sad to not have felt the same way about the food.

    We used DoorDash for our order, part of the container was missing...  

    The chowmein was lackluster as was the mandarin chicken. I'm sure it's great for some but we've had better.

    Ordered fried dumplings and chicken chow mein for $18 in total

    Fried dumplings were bland
    Chow mein was not good at all, couldn't even finish it

    Pretty pricey , the service was good though but unfortunately for the price and bad food i definitely won't be returning.

    Wayyyyyyy too salty worst Chinese food in town for the price do not go here also not worth the price ended up paying $20 for the lunch special with a drink regret going here
